Garden Database Terms and Conditions
The purpose of the Garden Database is to provide a public place where WA community gardens can list their garden details.
Use of the Garden Database is via a separate registration and subject to the general Website Terms and Conditions and the following additional Terms and Conditions. By submitting details to the garden database and creating a listing ("Listing"):
- You agree that you are representing a community garden located in Western Australia.
- You agree that you are providing truthful information.
- You agree that you shall not use the garden database for any commercial purposes.
- You warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control the rights to all information, media or data of any kind that you upload to your Listing.
- You agree that you shall not provide any content that may be unlawful, illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene or offensive.
- You agree that the administrators of the website are at liberty to remove any content from your Listing that is deemed inappropriate.
- You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorised or unauthorised by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use or your registration, user account or password.
These terms and conditions may change from time to time. You acknowledge acceptance of these Garden Database Terms and Conditions, as updated, when you sign up to use the database and each time you use the database.

This website is provided by Growing Communities WA as a free service to individuals and organisations interested in the Western Australian community garden sector.
